Can I request that Director Feng personally repair my device?

You may ask for Director Feng to participate during consultation, but the actual arrangement depends on the repair, team responsibilities and schedule at the time. We cannot promise a particular individual as a condition of accepting an order.
Director Feng can be understood as the representative of the professional repair team. Our videos are also produced through clear team roles: specialists handle work such as storage expansion and logic-board repair, while Director Feng participates in some disassembly, repair-plan assessment or quality review.
We do not currently assign apprentices to repair devices independently. Repair staff must pass selection and assessment, then complete each service under the same process, workstation-record and final-test requirements.
