Can a mail-in phone repair follow the same procedures shown in our videos? How do we ensure repair quality?

Answer

Whether it is an in-store repair or a mail-in repair, the device follows the same standard process. The procedures shown in our videos are part of our everyday repair workflow.

Each device is scanned and registered when repair work starts and finishes, while the system records repair stages and work duration. Repair work is carried out at workstations with high-definition camera coverage, and key operating stages have records available for review.

If the actual repair time is below the standard time for the service, the system issues an alert. The repair team then reviews the workstation records and camera footage to confirm that the required procedures were completed and the work followed the standard.

We use standard procedures, scan registration, work-time management, workstation camera records and post-repair testing to control repair quality, so that the repair process is recorded, work can be reviewed and required procedures are carried out.
