Where to find your order, when to pay for repairs, accepted payment methods and what to do if something goes wrong.
You can pay before or after the repair is completed. Alipay, WeChat, cash and bank transfers are accepted. Amounts due, payee details, refunds, shipping fees and payment status are subject to the order or information confirmed in person.
Where to manage your order
Order-related actions take place in the “冯主任手机维修” WeChat Mini Program. This website provides guidance only. It does not display personal orders or process payments.
When and how to pay for repairs
- Timing: pay in advance or after the device has been repaired.
- Methods: Alipay, WeChat, cash or bank transfer.
- Check the amount and payee details before paying. Afterwards, confirm the order status or keep a valid receipt.
Check before approving
- That the device matches the order.
- The current service stage, inspection findings and proposed work.
- The cost breakdown, amount due and payee details.
- Main risks, untested areas, after-sales summary and next steps.

Use the WeChat account you used to create the order to open the Mini Program.

Order or payment problems
- Do not pay again. First keep the order screen and any messages shown.
- Check that you are using the correct WeChat account and order.
- When contacting support, provide the order, device, time of the issue and on-screen message.
- Redact full account numbers, identity documents, addresses and unrelated personal information from payment evidence.
